I have been going to Isla for 3 months now & honestly she is AMAZING!. So professional, caring and knowledgeable. She has aided my recovery so much since having surgery. She made me feel so comfortable & welcome and is so genuine and kind. Although I originally came for MLD massage for medical purposes I have found Isla’s service so relaxing and enjoyable - from the heated bed to the air purifier to sharing conversations with Isla. My body is now recovering well & I genuinely credit Isla for that. I felt uncomfortable and sticky after the session, making it difficult to clean off the wax at home. Oh my goodness! What a discovery. Used via a voucher, with adolescent son. The salon is absolutely buzzing with activity and energy. So warm and accommodating, truly a family-like atmosphere, and new clients embraced into the community. Both had shellac pedicures done beautifully by Emily, who's a superstar 🌟. My temperamental Mark had a haircut and blow-dry and he was unusually cheerful 😊. They even found a slot for me for an additional curly blow-dry, as feeling a bit left out!! They have in-store promotions, with 3 treatments for £30, so able to enjoy a full pampering session at a great price! A skin test should have been conducted before the procedures. When I inquired with the attending staff, I was told it was unnecessary and not a cause for concern.
