My mother and I have been loyal clients of Sarah for many years. She is a charming and affable individual, and we both thoroughly enjoy the Indian Head massages and back neck and shoulder massages she provides. My mother particularly favours the Lava Shell massage. Sarah also offers valuable skincare advice during facials. I had a dreadful experience at this salon. The information was unclear, the nail quality was subpar, and the nails ended up being much thicker than I wanted. I was informed that they couldn't do the French style I asked for because they didn't realize I already had acrylic nails on, something they never asked me about when I booked. Absolutely adore this salon! Transitioned from acrylics to BIAB and the results were stunning. Returned for infills and a new colour, and once again, perfection! My daughter also had her acrylic infills done and was thrilled - she said it's the best she's ever had.
