Absolutely thrilled with my fabulous nails! The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, always delivering results that exceed my expectations. They truly brightened my day, thank you 🩷.
While I've usually had great experiences here, I noticed a decline in the quality of their products recently. My French tips chipped on multiple fingers within days. Although they fixed them, the chips reappeared the same day after a shower. Disappointing!
Regret not checking reviews beforehand. The rushed service and lack of customer engagement made this visit unpleasant. The salon's condition raised doubts about hygiene standards. The wait time was longer than stated, and the overall nail quality was subpar. Inconsistencies in the pedicure and rushed work on my hands left me unimpressed. The request for cash payment seemed suspicious. Won't be returning.
