Inconsistent. Initially, I was thrilled with my gel nails which lasted for weeks. However, my recent visit left me dissatisfied with the polish application, as it started chipping within days. After moving to Ashford from London I was anxious about finding a new salon, but I'm so thrilled I did as I discovered Dontev very professional and left adoring my hair. All the team are so welcoming, warm and create a joyful atmosphere. Adele helped me regain confidence after explaining everything she did and truly cared about my hair as she highlighted and toned it, she really grasped what I was aiming for. Would 100% recommend.

My mate and I were on a weekend getaway shopping and scheduled in here for pedicures when our hotel couldn't accommodate us. I'm delighted they couldn't fit us in because we had the most exceptional experience here! Exceptional pedicure, extremely thorough and relaxing. Lovely store, extremely clean, modern and comfortable. Incredibly friendly nail technicians who certainly know their stuff. Phenomenal value for money too.
