I've been using Lily for my hair for a while, and my mum and best friend also do the same. Very pleased with her service; I trust her to do a colour/cut she thinks suits me, and I'm never disappointed ☺️ A skilled hairdresser who instils a sense of confidence. The salon is delightful, and it's always a lovely treat to visit ❤️
They charged me £90 for a simple, dry trim for my two daughters! Promised a haircut from a senior hairdresser but received one from another staff member. The cut was uneven and not worth a penny. Would not recommend.
I visited Lottie at Keith Francis Hair and asked her to help me rectify a botched hair job by my previous hairdresser. I can't express how thrilled I am with my hair now that Lottie has worked her magic! She listened to me, explained her process thoroughly, and made sure I was fully engaged and at ease. Lottie and the entire team were fantastic, providing me with the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. It was incredibly gratifying to look in the mirror after she finished and feel so confident and content with my new hair. I can't recommend them enough!! Thank you all, and a special thanks to Lottie!
