Manda was highly professional, putting me at ease despite my nerves. Her range of skincare products was impressive, and the cream she applied to my dry knees worked wonders - they've been comfortable ever since. She took detailed information for health and safety, and her home was meticulously COVID-secure. From wearing a mask to providing a sanitised box for belongings, she left no detail overlooked. The waxing procedure was nearly painless, and I was so relaxed that I returned with my daughter for ear piercings a few days later. Manda did a fantastic job, and we are both thrilled with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend her services. The strip lashes lasted around 2 weeks, and the waxing was impeccable. I look forward to trying more of Manda's products next time I have some child-free time, especially the dermaplaning with a million-dollar facial and her massages. Thank you, Cloud 9.
Eyelash lift and tint. From the outset, I felt incredibly comfortable and at ease. Manda covered all necessary COVID precautions, which was very reassuring. Her professionalism shone through as she explained each step thoroughly before, during, and after the treatment. The eyelash lift was fantastic, and I no longer feel the need to wear mascara at all.
