I had a hair appointment scheduled for 6pm today. I made the booking online and received an automated confirmation with a reference number, so I assumed everything was set. I pressed the intercom and after about 5 minutes, a woman greeted me. She was friendly but seemed a bit puzzled about my presence. I walked for half an hour only to be informed that the hairdresser wasn't available for some reason and to call her directly. I chose not to call as I was clearly told she wasn't there, and I needed my hair done that day. It would have been acceptable if I had been informed beforehand, but the lack of communication led to a wasted trip. I cannot recommend this salon.
Terrible, steer clear at all costs!!! What a waste of money and a disappointing ordeal. Firstly, my appointment was cancelled on the morning of due to her undergoing surgery. While understandable if it was unforeseen, that was not the case as it was planned in advance and overseas, so she should have informed me earlier. I overheard her chatting with friends while she was working on my lashes, which I found very unprofessional. My lashes didn't lift at all, despite her assurance that they would 'ping' the next day and if not, I should contact her for a new appointment. The back-and-forth to schedule a new appointment was too much hassle, so I eventually gave up. I wasted both time and money for nothing but irritated eyes.
Beth is incredibly skilled and exudes a calming confidence that is very comforting. With years of experience, the ambiance she creates is relaxing and enjoyable. The HD Brow treatment is my personal favourite as it tailors Hollywood-style eyebrows to suit individual face shapes. I also adore the Holiday lashes for a significant confidence boost. Beth is delightful and offers fantastic advice. I will definitely be rebooking soon!
