I have utilized Queen Charlotte twice in the past 6 weeks. The first occasion was to have my 8 year old son's ears pierced & the experience was so positive I returned to have piercings (2nd lobe piercings) done myself. Alex was incredibly reassuring & gentle with my son. They always use a needle & his ears have healed so well.
