I had a hair appointment scheduled for 6pm today. I made the booking online and received an automated confirmation with a reference number, so I assumed everything was set. I pressed the intercom and after about 5 minutes, a woman greeted me. She was friendly but seemed a bit puzzled about my presence. I walked for half an hour only to be informed that the hairdresser wasn't available for some reason and to call her directly. I chose not to call as I was clearly told she wasn't there, and I needed my hair done that day. It would have been acceptable if I had been informed beforehand, but the lack of communication led to a wasted trip. I cannot recommend this salon.
