I have utilized Queen Charlotte twice in the past 6 weeks. The first occasion was to have my 8 year old son's ears pierced & the experience was so positive I returned to have piercings (2nd lobe piercings) done myself. Alex was incredibly reassuring & gentle with my son. They always use a needle & his ears have healed so well. My son cherished his certificate too!About

I had a hair appointment scheduled for 6pm today. I made the booking online and received an automated confirmation with a reference number, so I assumed everything was set. I pressed the intercom and after about 5 minutes, a woman greeted me. She was friendly but seemed a bit puzzled about my presence. I walked for half an hour only to be informed that the hairdresser wasn't available for some reason and to call her directly. I chose not to call as I was clearly told she wasn't there, and I needed my hair done that day. It would have been acceptable if I had been informed beforehand, but the lack of communication led to a wasted trip.
