I visited for a skin biopsy, encountering three members of staff, Carla, Jess (I believe) not great at recalling names. All the staff were professional, amiable, and accommodating, immediately putting me at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly. A superb experience, highly recommended.
The personnel at the centre are pleasant, but there's a significant issue with HealthHarmonie's administrative procedures. Twice scheduled for a tumour removal only to find out upon arrival that we're booked with the incorrect individual, and this time even the incorrect clinic?! Why wasn't this communicated last time? A year of being messed around and them shifting blame to someone else.
I am extremely frustrated with this establishment and am lodging a formal grievance. I underwent light therapy treatment multiple times and had the final two appointments arranged, however, due to COVID-related complications with a nurse self-isolating, my last two appointments were cancelled to be rescheduled upon the nurse's return. When I called, having received no communication, I was told I had been discharged because I missed 3 appointments - I did NOT miss them and explained that I had cancelled one appointment and the clinic cancelled 2. They are dismissing me and still asserting I am discharged, exacerbating my anxiety and worsening my skin condition flare-up.
