The customer service here is absolutely dreadful 😑. The gentleman with tattoos was incredibly rude, unfriendly, and had poor communication skills. He muttered under his breath and displayed a negative attitude throughout the interaction. I did not see him smile once. This was by far the worst experience I've had, and I cannot recommend this place. It's unfortunate. I suggest that the management consider providing training to improve the customer service skills of their staff. The only member of the staff who was friendly, helpful, and had proper manners was the Asian lady who initially took my appointment. I can’t recommend this lovely clinic enough. Sarah put me at ease from the start, very relaxed, friendly and professional. Sarah talked me through the procedure ensuring I was happy every step of the way. Her wealth of knowledge is outstanding, she gave me lots of really useful advice and tips. I felt so bright and energised afterwards and the next day my back pain which has been lingering for a while had completely gone and I haven’t had to take antihistamines since which is amazing and a totally unexpected bonus. Thank you Sarah, I will definitely be back. 💗💗

All the staff were professional, amiable, and accommodating, immediately putting me at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly. I have been a patron of Sam's for about 2 1/2 years and also bring my 8-year-old daughter. Sam is, simply put, outstanding! The salon is extremely spacious, serene, and adorned in a very soothing manner.
