The customer service here is absolutely dreadful 😑. The gentleman with tattoos was incredibly rude, unfriendly, and had poor communication skills. He muttered under his breath and displayed a negative attitude throughout the interaction. I did not see him smile once. This was by far the worst experience I've had, and I cannot recommend this place. It's unfortunate. I suggest that the management consider providing training to improve the customer service skills of their staff. The only member of the staff who was friendly, helpful, and had proper manners was the Asian lady who initially took my appointment. Disappointing!
I just wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent job done on my nails. Due to my condition, my left hand tends to curl, but the technician did a fantastic job. It was also my friend's first experience with acrylic nails, and she was very pleased with the outcome. Special thanks to the nail technician who worked on my nails, I absolutely love them! ❤️
I've been coming to this establishment with my son and my grandson for a few months now, and we have never encountered any issues with the service or the quality of work. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you! 💗
