I'm not one to leave feedback like this but I'm truly dismayed by the recent incident and the lack of apology or follow-up after I reached out via email to inform you of the situation. A few weeks ago, I had my hair styled. The hairdresser completely butchered my hair to the extent that I had to seek further trimming elsewhere to balance it out, and the sides are now so short that I had to invest in extensions. I had previously contacted the salon, and they simply suggested I return for an assessment. However, I feel uneasy about doing so, and that's where the communication ceased. All the effort put into growing my hair was undone in a single appointment, and now I've had to incur additional expenses to rectify it and further costs for the extensions.
Today, I indulged in a delightful Deluxe Pedicure and Manicure session with Mikayla. The utilization of a new product line, a luxurious 1.5-hour pedicure treatment alone... so tranquil... complete with a foot and leg massage. Thank you, Mikayla! Looking forward to our next appointment xx
I've been a patron of Gina Ellis for a couple of years now, for both my hair and nails. Every visit to the salon has been exceptional, with all the ladies being delightful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all my acquaintances. The team (specifically Megan, Kay, and Ame), as well as Gina, have always made me feel valued, and I have no intention of seeking services elsewhere. Both Kay and Ame have been responsible for my nails, consistently delivering impeccable results. Meg has been in charge of my hair and never fails to meet high standards.
