Booked in for a wax with Becky, who was professional, amiable, and did an excellent job. I'd recommend her to anyone, and I'll definitely return for future appointments!
Rebecca cancelled at short notice, she was impolite and didn't heed my desires. I inquired about the ingredients in the creams she used for the facial, and she replied that she had no clue! I waited for 20 minutes after being punctual for my appointment. When I brought up my poorly done brows, she mentioned that another client was waiting and suggested I leave to contemplate if I wanted them redone! I won't avail her services again. Beware - she'll charge you for cancelling two days prior, yet she can cancel just an hour before the appointment.
