I'm not one to leave feedback like this but I'm truly dismayed by the recent incident and the lack of apology or follow-up after I reached out via email to inform you of the situation.
A few weeks ago, I had my hair styled. The hairdresser completely butchered my hair to the extent that I had to seek further trimming elsewhere to balance it out, and the sides are now so short that I had to invest in extensions.
I had previously contacted the salon, and they simply suggested I return for an assessment. However, I feel uneasy about doing so, and that's where the communication ceased.
All the effort put into growing my hair was undone in a single appointment, and now I've had to incur additional expenses to rectify it and further costs for the extensions.About

I have been a patron of Sam's for about 2 1/2 years and also bring my 8-year-old daughter. Sam is, simply put, outstanding! The salon is extremely spacious, serene, and adorned in a very soothing manner.
