Booked an appointment via Instagram with Jess for a make over and make up lesson for my newly 15 year old. Great initial communication and suggestion for an appointment, flexible availability. The appointment itself was great. Jess was really friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Put my daughter at her ease with Great tips, suggestions and encouragement. Confidence has been increased and has been putting all she has learnt to good use. My daughter felt she was able to ask all her questions to address the concerns she had and really useful with skin care suggestions as well. I was also impressed that the product recommendations were not for obscure and expensive brands and instead for brands available in the high street (just like we were told in the initial booking process).
