I received a very rude message from the salon owner after not responding for 1.5 hours while watching the Scotland World Cup match in a bustling pub. The owner accused me of ignoring calls and suggested I find another place to book. I was trying to book false eyelashes last minute for my wedding the next day after my appointment. Most people silence their phones at work - I am baffled by how this business can thrive with such a disrespectful approach to brief delays in response.
