I can't find a single flaw with the ladies at the salon. Always satisfied with the hair services and all the treatments my mum receives. Manicure, pedicure, massage - all exceptional. I've been going to Tony for now over 30 years, I first used Split Enz in 1991 at age 9. I'm now 41 and it's still the best place I've ever gone too.
Tony, Maria and Paul are welcoming and fantastic at what they all do.
Went in yesterday for a colour to now hide greys and Maria done an amazing job at matching my natural colour tone, Tony followed it up with again another outstanding cut
If you want a salon that will advise and only do what's best for your hair then this is your place.
My daughter visited yesterday for the first time she has anxiety of a high level and yesterday Tony and Maria made her feel so relaxed that she really enjoyed the experience, she is even happy to now go back in 8 weeks time.

I had a great experience at the Jacky Guy Salon from start to finish. And my appointed stylist was amazing. Best hair wash I’ve had in ages and very knowledgeable about hair braiding. I was very pleased with my hair. Good morning, I've attempted to contact the store multiple times with no response. Upon purchasing calpol this morning, I discovered that the bottom of the bottle had detached, causing the contents to spill in my car. Although I did not drop it, it seemed as though the bottle had been damaged prior. The shop assistant was very helpful and provided me with a replacement. However, the new bottle also suffered the same issue. I suspect that the entire pallet may have been dropped at some point. I tried to call to prevent other customers from facing a similar problem. Extremely welcoming and supportive environment with enthusiastic students and skilled supervisors. I felt at ease and well taken care of throughout the appointment, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my haircut. The process may take a bit longer than a typical salon visit, but the quality is exceptional and knowing that you are contributing to the students' learning experience is rewarding.
