Honestly, the prices are way too high, and the lack of transparent communication is frustrating. I contacted them before my appointment, provided a photo and detailed my nail preferences, and they assured me it would cost only £35. However, upon completion, they tried to charge me £45, citing additional fees that were not disclosed beforehand.
The staff are friendly, but I ended up with the skin around my nails being excessively trimmed, which was quite painful. Despite my repeated requests to avoid filing the same sensitive finger, they continued to clean around it with acetone and refile it. One hand has shiny nails, while the other has dull ones because the technician didn't ensure the top coat had dried before wiping.
My significant other visited this nail salon, and they did a fantastic job on her nails; they looked very elegant. Although their prices are on the higher side compared to what we usually pay, the quality of work and the efficiency of the staff were commendable.
