I have explored yoga for a while, experimenting with different styles and instructors, and I was thrilled to discover Lisa and her charming studio to continue my yoga journey. She is delightful, approachable, and personable, while also being a skilled and supportive instructor, adept at catering to the varied needs of each student in the class, making it enjoyable, engaging, and as demanding as each individual desires, empowering us to address our own requirements on that particular day, and ensuring our safety during practice. Her studio is a cozy, inviting retreat from the hustle and bustle of hectic lives. I have already gained so much from her and adore her soothing sound meditation.
