I have explored yoga for a while, experimenting with different styles and instructors, and I was thrilled to discover Lisa and her charming studio to continue my yoga journey. She is delightful, approachable, and personable, while also being a skilled and supportive instructor, adept at catering to the varied needs of each student in the class, making it enjoyable, engaging, and as demanding as each individual desires, empowering us to address our own requirements on that particular day, and ensuring our safety during practice. Her studio is a cozy, inviting retreat from the hustle and bustle of hectic lives. I have already gained so much from her and adore her soothing sound meditation. I can't speak highly enough of Yoga With Lisa. The studio is small and peaceful. Lisa is knowledgeable, approachable, and an excellent teacher. I felt welcomed from my first class. No matter your skill level, there is a suitable class for you. Her sound meditations are truly remarkable!
Lisa is a fantastic Yoga Instructor. I've been practicing with her for many years, and it has been a transformative experience. I never thought yoga was my thing as I prefer more energetic workouts. However, it has changed my life. My aches and pains have almost disappeared, which is amazing considering I suffered from chronic back pain for years. Besides enhancing my mobility, Yoga (and Lisa) have positively impacted my mental and physical well-being. If you haven't tried it yet, do give it a shot. The group is very welcoming and includes people of all ages and abilities.
