Absolute disaster with the full set of nails I received. They looked nothing like the picture I had shown as reference. When I raised my concerns, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.
Outstanding service today, a delightful gentleman did my nails. He made sure to check in with me at every step to ensure my satisfaction. Additionally, he kindly offered my companion hot beverages while she waited for me. I highly recommend this place.
I asked for a specific nail design with blue tips and a silver outline, but I ended up with plain blue nails. They didn't last long and fell off within a few days, which was disappointing as I needed them for an upcoming holiday. The service was subpar, with most of the nail technicians lacking expertise and needing to switch out frequently, making my appointment much longer than anticipated. Overall, I was let down by the experience and won't be returning for future nail services.
