I've visited the salon for a haircut before, but recently had my first experience with colouring. It wasn't what I expected initially, so I called the salon, and they offered to help fix it. Finley took charge and was exceptional, listening to my concerns and, with patience, attention to detail, and great skill, turned an unhappy customer into a satisfied one.
