Unsatisfied. Arrived for my scheduled appointment today for a duo massage which I had arranged 3 weeks in advance. Upon arrival, there was no staff present to assist us due to a staffing issue. The lady on duty did not offer to reschedule the appointment or inform us beforehand about the staffing problem, resulting in us not being attended to. I thoroughly recommend this lovely Thai spa in Harwood. As a Women's Health & Wellbeing provider, I'm quite particular who I use for my massages. The gentleman here, Jack, is so nice, courteous and does a thorough job of making me feel like I'm floating on cloud 9 again. I have a 1hr deep tissue massage, in which I like a very strong pressure. Jack always asks to make sure the pressure is ok for me. He also works extra on my tight knotted areas too.
