I was directed to this salon by a close relative who was impressed by their exceptional customer service. I am thrilled I decided to visit Brow Art! The customer service is outstanding. I wanted to have my eyebrows shaped and waxed. The staff were extremely courteous and had a positive attitude towards the treatments, and I also had a wonderful chat with the beauty therapist. It was my initial time using Tila’s services and I must say they are an absolute gem. I have a fear of needles, and even though my mate was there to hold my hand, Tila made me feel incredibly comfortable by explaining her actions and ensuring me she would be gentle throughout the treatment, which she was. Efficient and gentle. I highly recommend their services, not just for the range of treatments provided but for the level of customer service, support, and kindness they bring to the treatment.
