I have been a loyal customer of Rosa's for well over a decade, and I can confidently say that I have always been treated with kindness and received a warm welcome every time I visit. Rosa runs a bustling salon but still manages to focus on her clients with great care. She is upfront and will always give you honest advice on what will look good on you. The salon itself is stunning, the staff are incredibly skilled and friendly, and Rosa's service and hospitality are exceptional. She is dedicated to her customers and treats everyone with genuine care. I have tried other salons in between over the years, but I have always regretted it and will continue to visit Rosa's no matter where I am in the country. Recently had a balayage done, and I absolutely love it.

I've had the pleasure of getting my hair coloured by Rebecca at the Bradford salon twice now, and I must say she is truly amazing. She listens attentively to your preferences and ensures to deliver exactly what you desire. I highly recommend her for a top-notch 10/10 service. I will certainly be returning for more! 🥰💖

I decided to visit Rosa's salon after seeing her work on Instagram and reading numerous positive reviews. During my booked consultation, I showed pictures to the receptionist, who then passed my phone to a stylist (who didn't end up doing my hair). The stylist took a quick look at me and quoted £160, which I found to be quite steep considering I have short hair, but I went ahead and booked an appointment anyway. On the day of my appointment, I showed Rosa's sister the picture again, and she started working on my hair. However, the whole process felt unprofessional as I spent hours waiting for my hair to be washed, dried, and cut. The end result of the colour was disastrous, and I was on the verge of tears. Rosa herself tried to justify the outcome by saying that the picture I showed was of someone with long hair, whereas I have short hair. This discrepancy should have been clarified during the consultation or before starting the process. Overall, the dye job was patchy, not what I asked for, and the colour was completely off. Their response blaming my short hair was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this salon. While some girls left with beautifully coloured hair, there were others, like me, who were dissatisfied. It's a hit or miss, and for the price they charge, I wouldn't risk it. I have attached the initial picture of what I wanted and the second picture of the poor outcome - very patchy, unblended, and far from expectations.
