Each customer is addressed by name, and meticulous attention is given to ensuring comfort and satisfaction with the chosen length and shape. I wisely made a reservation in advance, as the salon quickly became bustling with activity. The premises are clean and well-ventilated, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.
I have frequented Ricky and Soph for years and would not consider going elsewhere. They exhibit a high level of professionalism and warmth, both exuding friendliness. Our conversations are always engaging and filled with laughter. I feel completely at ease and trust that I am in capable hands. They possess an innate understanding of my preferences and consistently deliver exceptional results.
The personnel at Passion Nails displayed an alarming lack of friendliness and produced subpar work. I was charged £18 for a manicure that lasted a mere 5 minutes, devoid of a hand massage, nail polish application, or proper nail filing - only cuticle pushing. The staff exhibited aggression, and their workmanship was unsatisfactory. I have no intention of returning, as the exorbitant prices, absence of a visible price list, and abysmal customer service indicate a primary focus on monetary gain.
