I visited for a lash refill following a previous treatment in Dubai. Mehrnoush informed me that my lashes were in a dire state and insisted on removing them to redo a half set, to which I agreed. However, I woke up with barely three lashes remaining—it was an absolute disaster. Despite this, she still charged me the full amount (£50) and mentioned that I'd have to rebook for a proper treatment at an additional cost of £80. The level of customer service was appalling, and I have no intention of returning.
