Had an excellent time at the beauty zone. Sakina was fantastic, especially considering it was my first time getting intimate areas waxed. She ensured every hair was taken care of and made me feel completely at ease despite my nerves. I will definitely be returning.

Went in for a face threading session and the attendant was incredibly rude. My friends even noticed my discomfort as she was quite forceful while handling my face and even dug her nails into my skin during the threading process. She was so rough that I ended up with cuts and bleeding on my face, of which I was unaware until my friends pointed it out. The service and hospitality were lacking, and they even arbitrarily increased the price, becoming defensive when questioned about it.
