I've had several wonderful encounters with Azthetics. I had previously visited other clinics. I was immediately impressed by the calm and unhurried atmosphere at Azthetics. I attended a complimentary consultation for eyebrow PRP. There was no pressure on me, and my expectations were realistically set. I proceeded with two treatments. Despite the somewhat invasive nature of the procedure, Emily was extremely cautious and professional. She guided me through it completely! I have also had successful glow injections. Administered with great skill and accuracy. The team genuinely cares about your outcome and experience. I would highly recommend the clinic. All healthcare professionals are nurse-led/GP, so you know you are in excellent hands. They even have parking available :)About

This was my initial visit to ministry of elegance and was flawlessly smooth. I inquired about bringing my new baby along, and they graciously agreed, arranging a ground level room for easy access. My attendant, Angelika, was truly exceptional - incredibly accommodating, unruffled despite some baby cries, and allowing me to tend to the baby's needs when necessary. The process was painless, and she was superb! I've already scheduled another appointment and plan to continue visiting for the foreseeable future. I've been trying for ages to secure an appointment after prepaying for 12 sessions, yet I've only had 6 so far. Despite voicing multiple concerns about the treatment quality and salon cleanliness in Birmingham, my grievances have been disregarded. I've shelled out over £1000 for laser hair removal services I'm not fully receiving, and I'm beyond frustrated. The progress from my prior sessions has been completely undone, and the purpose was to boost my confidence before my upcoming wedding - now I feel like I'm back to square one. I have been coming here regularly since 2021 for laser tattoo removal. I usually see Georgina for my treatments and she is always very welcoming, and so is their receptionist Daisy. I have also had one session with Danny who is lovely too :-) The team are always lovely when I go in, very friendly and knowledgeable about their services. It is such a quick process but it is always done thoroughly with no issues. When I first started the process was explained to me in detail including aftercare and how it would heal.
