I was very let down by this massage experience. I had booked a 'relaxing' massage, but it turned out to be of subpar quality. While the therapist was kind, she lacked expertise. She focused mainly on my ankles, calves, neck, and abdomen, with minimal attention to my back and none to my arms and thighs. The pressure ranged from uncomfortable to too gentle. Despite paying a hefty price of £60 for a 50-minute session, I only received 45 minutes. During payment, I felt pressured to leave a tip due to the presentation of the card machine. Ultimately, I paid £63 for a disappointing 45-minute massage. Very overpriced for the service provided. I will not be returning.
