I had been experiencing discomfort and stiffness in my neck. So I scheduled a session with Alex. They took the time to understand what was happening in my body before beginning. I've had sports massages before and I always described them as painful. Alex explained that massages shouldn't be painful. Perhaps a bit uncomfortable, but not painful.
In the past, massages have felt routine, but with Alex, it felt like they were truly attuned to my body's needs. It was as if they were customizing the massage just for me.
