I visited this salon as my regular waxing technician was fully booked. In hindsight, I should have waited. The waxing process was quick and the technician was friendly, however, she arrived 20 minutes late without offering an explanation or an apology. I noticed that she repeatedly dipped the same spatula into a large pot of wax, even after I had some bleeding. This raised concerns about hygiene as the same spatula could have been used on multiple clients. Additionally, I was unsure about the use of strips for sugar waxing as it left more broken hairs than my usual experience. My skin also felt more irritated than usual, possibly due to the wax being microwaved and applied too hot. The overall atmosphere of the salon was not particularly warm or relaxing. While the experience wasn't terrible, I found it somewhat unprofessional, especially regarding hygiene practices. I am unlikely to return or recommend this salon, primarily due to the hygiene issues with the waxing process.
To leave a review, I have visited this salon three times, and on each occasion, NATALIYA has been highly professional. I disagree with negative comments as my experiences have been positive. The waxing process was virtually painless, and NATALIYA was meticulous and maintained a clean environment. I highly recommend this salon for waxing services. While some may find fault in any situation, I give this establishment a perfect score of 10/10. With 35 years of experience as a Chef, I understand the importance of hygiene, and I can attest that the salon is exceptionally clean. I have great respect for NATALIYA and her professionalism.
My visit to this salon for waxing was extremely disappointing. It was the most painful waxing experience I have ever had, and the technician was also very impolite. I ended up with bleeding and severe bruising, which has never happened to me before. There was a lot of leftover wax, making my walk home uncomfortable. Moreover, I requested a triangle shape but received a very uneven square shape with plenty of hair remaining. Overall, I cannot recommend this salon despite the affordable prices.
