Marina performed my hair removal procedure today. I felt truly listened to by Marina, she took her time to ensure my satisfaction with the treatment. She was exceedingly courteous and addressed all my inquiries. Upon completion of the treatment, she went above and beyond to provide me with the information I requested. All team members I interacted with at the clinic were exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and professional! Many thanks.
Acquired 8 hair removal sessions on promotion. The initial sessions were satisfactory, with individuals who appeared well-trained and empathetic towards my discomfort level. They would adjust the pace to alleviate the pain. However, the staff began to change more frequently. The sessions are supposed to be scheduled every six weeks, but due to a shortage of trained staff, I fell out of sync. The last few sessions were challenging, the staff seemed less experienced and compassionate. I would not suggest visiting this place for hair removal. Invest more or wait until you have saved enough.
I cannot recommend this clinic. I bought 8 laser hair removal sessions, and at least 4 of them were cancelled. They do not proactively reschedule for you; you must reach out to them. Despite the requirement for sessions every 4 weeks, they often cannot accommodate due to staff absences.
