I've been trying for ages to secure an appointment after prepaying for 12 sessions, yet I've only had 6 so far. Despite voicing multiple concerns about the treatment quality and salon cleanliness in Birmingham, my grievances have been disregarded. I've shelled out over £1000 for laser hair removal services I'm not fully receiving, and I'm beyond frustrated. The progress from my prior sessions has been completely undone, and the purpose was to boost my confidence before my upcoming wedding - now I feel like I'm back to square one. The staff at the salon have been impolite, and the treatment rooms are far from hygienic.
