I have been coming here regularly since 2021 for laser tattoo removal. I usually see Georgina for my treatments and she is always very welcoming, and so is their receptionist Daisy. I have also had one session with Danny who is lovely too :-) The team are always lovely when I go in, very friendly and knowledgeable about their services. It is such a quick process but it is always done thoroughly with no issues. When I first started the process was explained to me in detail including aftercare and how it would heal. Such a great team and service - thanks team :-)
I’ve been visiting Zapp for over a year now and my experience has always been great! Georgina is so so helpful and very knowledgeable, she always takes the time to go through my appointment information with me. The studio is also absolutely immaculate and always smells lovely
Not one for leaving reviews but after my experience today I felt like I should. Really isn't a surprise these guys have such great reviews. I can only reiterate all the positive feedback already left. Gabrielle was personable, professional and crystal clear on the service provided today and what to expect in the coming months. All the other staff were smiley, polite and welcoming. A credit to the company and Bristol.
