Tasha has been an absolute gem for my hair! We are finally nearing the end of my hair transformation journey, with consistently stunning results along the way! She first encountered my hair disaster in November 2017, and began the dyeing process in February 2018. I had mismatched blocks and patches of colour from a previous stylist, and she has expertly corrected it all! Her skill with a tinting brush is truly remarkable! Today I had the pleasure of going to Mulaax hair salon.
I booked my appointment via their online booking website. A day before I received a courtesy email reminding me of my appointment.
Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile and offered a choice of beverages.
I was seated and we discussed the service I had booked; shortly after, I was escorted to the wash area where my scalp was thoroughly cleansed and conditioned, followed by a luxurious caviar hair treatment.
As I waited for the hair mask to work its magic, I enjoyed the soft background music playing.
Once the treatment was done, I was taken back to the wash area where the mask was rinsed out, and that's when the transformation occurred!
My hair was blow-dried in half the usual time! We then decided on a light straighten and voluminous curls. The attention to detail from beginning to end was truly exceptional. I was kept informed at every stage and left with a wealth of knowledge about the best care for my hair.

To get to Elevate at 399 Coldharbour Ln, London SW9 8LQ by public transport, take the number 35 bus from Shoreditch High Street Station and get off at the Loughborough Road stop. From there, it's a short walk to the salon. If driving, head south on Atlantic Road, turn left onto Coldharbour Lane, and then turn right onto Loughborough Road. Elevate will be on your left after a couple of streets.

The proprietor Max is a delightful host and ensured I felt well cared for.
I presented them with a single photo, and they took the time to grasp my desired colour. With only one client at a time, they truly give you their full attention.
I was a tad apprehensive as I've been loyal to the same hairdresser for years, making it tough to change and trust another. The haircut and colour turned out absolutely perfect, a testament to their skill as even as my hair grew out, it still looked cohesive!
