I am terribly tardy in penning down this feedback, as I had my tattoo done by the incredibly skilled Lars in February '22. He was absolutely brilliant! I sport a few tattoos, and this one stands out as the finest. Numerous individuals have complimented how stunning the piece is, and it's the only one I'm completely satisfied with.

Visited as a present voucher. Got gel nails. The nails didn’t look great after 10 mins one already dented just from shopping. And bottom of nail varnish not even. Also some nails were not even in colour with gaps of dots. See pic. They didn’t do the cuticles as said that’s not part of a manicure. The finish wasn’t great either. Then at the end charged £26 extra for gel and removal of nail varnish. So with voucher cost that is £60 ish! On both visits Alex was exceptional in making us both feel at ease and providing excellent care.

This is without a doubt the most exceptional lash enhancement I've ever experienced (and believe me, I've had my share). He exudes kindness and charm and is a delight to converse with. The waxing process is much less painful compared to other places I have been to, and the lash dyeing procedure is gentle. I have also indulged in a pedicure here, opting for the more luxurious option that includes a massage, and it was truly worth it for a little pampering session. The massage was thorough and relaxing, and my toenails were painted flawlessly. I had a simple manicure with shellac polish (no removal required) and unfortunately, the manicure was quite rough, resulting in three of my cuticles bleeding, with no acknowledgment of the issue.
I was charged £43 and was also asked for a tip, which surprised me as it had never been that expensive in my previous visits. In the city, they offer a service that includes polish removal, a manicure, and gel polish for £28 at a very convenient location.
