I had a simple manicure with shellac polish (no removal required) and unfortunately, the manicure was quite rough, resulting in three of my cuticles bleeding, with no acknowledgment of the issue. I was charged £43 and was also asked for a tip, which surprised me as it had never been that expensive in my previous visits. In the city, they offer a service that includes polish removal, a manicure, and gel polish for £28 at a very convenient location. I am hesitant to return to this salon even though it's local to me.

I visited the NAILBAR for the second time and I must say I'm extremely satisfied with the service and my nails! I opted for nail fill-ins and a luxurious pedicure. The establishment was impeccably clean and organized. The staff were also very welcoming. Sophie is absolutely amazing! She provided valuable advice on the glitter placement for every other nail, even though I prefer symmetry... she was absolutely correct. I usually don't go for pink, but I am absolutely in love with my new nails! Sophie perfectly executed the shape I desired and continuously checked to ensure it was just right. The pedicure was heavenly and left my feet feeling amazing. Sophie did a French manicure as I requested and took her time to ensure everything was flawless and that I was pleased. It was the end of the day, close to closing time, and yet the staff were exceptional. This is definitely my new go-to nail salon! 😊

During my recent visit for a basic manicure, the receptionist ushered me to a seat, and I didn't notice any deviation from the usual routine except for being prompted to select a permanent nail polish, which was applied without my prior consent. Upon payment, I was charged £43, and when I inquired, I was informed that the permanent gel polish process had been carried out. But who authorized this? Unprofessional and discourteous conduct! I strongly disagree, especially since my profession prohibits nail color. Rude and impolite!
