If you're considering booking with Thomas, GO FOR IT. You won't be disappointed. He is genuinely the lash maestro. This is without a doubt the most exceptional lash enhancement I've ever experienced (and believe me, I've had my share). He exudes kindness and charm and is a delight to converse with. The aura he radiates is akin to a comforting embrace. My lashes have never appeared more stunning. His salon space was absolutely breathtaking (reminiscent of a high-end salon in Abu Dhabi) and incredibly cozy and pristine. My initial visit was pleasant with a soothing massage, but the gel manicure I received from a person who appeared to be in a sour mood/impatient. This should have been a warning sign, yet I returned two weeks later for another gel manicure done by a different individual who was much more amiable, although lacking knowledge of prices or how to process my payment. Just two days later, my gel manicure started to peel, not even lasting until the beginning of the work week. I am reluctant to pay £45 for a manicure that peels off within 48 hours. Overall, my experience at this place has been disappointing. I rate it 3 stars for the massage, but I will not be returning.About

I have visited this establishment a few times for eyebrow treatments and each time they have done an exceptional job. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and they never overdo it. The waxing process is much less painful compared to other places I have been to, and the lash dyeing procedure is gentle. I have also indulged in a pedicure here, opting for the more luxurious option that includes a massage, and it was truly worth it for a little pampering session. The massage was thorough and relaxing, and my toenails were painted flawlessly. I had a simple manicure with shellac polish (no removal required) and unfortunately, the manicure was quite rough, resulting in three of my cuticles bleeding, with no acknowledgment of the issue.
I was charged £43 and was also asked for a tip, which surprised me as it had never been that expensive in my previous visits. In the city, they offer a service that includes polish removal, a manicure, and gel polish for £28 at a very convenient location. My initial visit here, I had scheduled a manicure for my daughter's tenth birthday. Everyone at the salon was incredibly kind. They all greeted her warmly upon arrival and engaged in friendly conversations with her. The manicure was supposed to be a simple filing and polish, but the stylist paid great attention to detail and turned it into a memorable experience for my daughter. She thoroughly enjoyed it and wants to do it again. The salon had a fantastic atmosphere and offered a wide range of services. Do not let her innocent appearance fool you, for she possesses wisdom beyond her years and can immediately sense if you are not quite yourself. I visited for a Swedish massage and she intuitively picked up on my mood. Her massage technique was impeccable, knowing exactly where and how to apply pressure. I felt completely at ease, so much so that I spontaneously booked a gel pedicure with her, and I must say Jasmine's intuition and meticulous attention to detail are unmatched. She performed a fantastic pedicure and even offered me tea and snacks. Her warm and welcoming demeanour makes you feel right at home. I recently got eyelash extensions done by her, and I can confidently say she is now my preferred choice for all my beauty needs!
