The customer service here is terrible, and the prices are too high for the poor quality of work you receive. I went in to have my gel nails soaked off for new ones with French tips. The technician couldn't do ombre or use a motorised file, and on top of that, they were rude with a bad attitude and no regard for customer service. They filed down my new nails (and even my skin!) so much that they looked like they were growing out, left polish all over my fingertips, took two hours, and I left feeling very unhappy and over £70 poorer.
