Despite my limited input on the style, she discussed various options and executed the chosen look flawlessly. I received compliments throughout the day, with even other clients acknowledging her fantastic work. I highly recommend Debbie for her exceptional service all around. Thank you once more! 💕
Had a delightful facial with Gemma. She thoroughly explained the procedure beforehand, allowing me to fully unwind during the treatment. The treatment rooms were spotless and comfortable, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation. Overall, a wonderful experience.
Unfortunately, my initial visit to this salon was underwhelming. I had scheduled an appointment to redeem a birthday gift voucher, but the back, shoulder, and express facial treatment fell short of my expectations. The treatment room felt cold and cramped, clearly unprepared for my arrival, and the service itself felt rushed. It seemed like the therapist lacked interest in catering to my needs, appearing more eager to finish and leave. I have no intention of revisiting.
