I've been meaning to write a review for months! Charlie is such an incredible colour specialist, he took so much time and gave so much detail to completely transform my hair. He listened to what I wanted, whilst also offering his opinion which I trusted 100%. He is so knowledgeable and really takes his time to ensure you get the hair that you want. I felt very comfortable in the salon, all of the staff are so lovely and chatty. They can't do enough for you, Charlie is really easy to talk to. The salon has a really nice and welcoming atmosphere, as I know from personal experience, some salons can be really intimidating. Initial session at the spa, I underwent a complete body aromatherapy massage. Following an extremely demanding and emotional workday, taking an hour of serene time in a warm, soothing, and professional spa was ideal. Charlie is an outstanding therapist and I felt emotionally and physically rejuvenated afterwards.
