She provided me with all the necessary information and took her time with me, ensuring there was no rush and no request was too much trouble. The clinic was impeccably clean, the equipment appeared to be in excellent condition, almost brand new, and the cooling end was a delightful touch that provided a pleasant sensation. The availability of parking was a huge plus, especially for those with mobility issues or disabilities. I wholeheartedly recommend Katie for anyone considering laser hair removal.
