Today, I experienced a delightful massage at Pura Spa. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, and as soon as the therapist applied the oil, I felt a deep sense of relaxation. The soothing music, quiet ambiance with candles, and the pleasant scent of the oil all added to the experience. The hour-long full body massage was truly wonderful. I was even offered a shower afterwards to wash off the oil. The customer service was exceptional, and the massage was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be recommending Pura Spa to my friends and family.
Absolutely no customer contact... I've been attempting to reach out to the Wellness Centre for more than a week now, no one ever picks up the phone. Left a voicemail and sent a text to the mobile number provided in the voicemail, but still, no response. I've now made a booking at another wellness centre.
A charming spa. I indulged in two treatments, but my favourite was the foot massage - absolutely heavenly, I felt weightless afterwards. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxing. There's a café next door that serves delicious, fresh, healthy food.
