Although the appointment took a bit longer than expected, it was evident that the staff truly cared about the quality of their work. Unlike other nail salons in the area that rush through appointments, this salon prioritizes customer satisfaction. For the first time, I left a nail salon feeling completely content with my nails. Today, I experienced a delightful massage at Pura Spa. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, and as soon as the therapist applied the oil, I felt a deep sense of relaxation. The soothing music, quiet ambiance with candles, and the pleasant scent of the oil all added to the experience. The hour-long full body massage was truly wonderful. I was even offered a shower afterwards to wash off the oil. The customer service was exceptional, and the massage was exactly what I needed.
