I underwent a facial, threading, and a manicure with gel polish. All the treatments were exceptional. The therapists were highly professional, ensuring all my requirements were met. The atmosphere was serene and impeccably clean. Outstanding service and top-notch quality products. Many thanks, I will certainly return.
I have visited this establishment before and was satisfied, but this time the work was extremely messy. The nail technician also seemed off, very restless and unable to concentrate for more than a few moments. The sheen around my nails is actually the result of incorrectly applied gel that wasn't even removed at the end of the session.
I had a reservation with them and was supposed to have a specific technician attend to me, but upon arrival, that technician was unavailable. Instead, a different individual (Sophie, I believe) was assigned to do my nails. They appeared more interested in their phone, quite distracted and jittery, and did a subpar job with my nails. Just two days later, my nails have already started to chip. I doubt I will return and wish I could get my time and money refunded.
