If I could rate this salon any lower, I would. I used to frequent this establishment for many years, but ceased going due to the owner's appalling behaviour. Today, I went in for a quick nail touch-up, clearly showed the technician what I desired, only to end up with a completely different result. When I questioned the discrepancy, the technician threw a tantrum. Assuming I wouldn't pay, he rudely pushed past me, flung open the door, and repeatedly shouted for me to leave. I was left with half-done nails just three days before Christmas. The owner's lack of professionalism and disrespectful treatment of customers is abhorrent. I was utterly appalled by his behaviour towards me simply because he couldn't be bothered to correct a mistake on a French tip. I strongly advise avoiding this erratic owner.
Mimi and her spouse are both exceptional in their work, completing tasks swiftly while ensuring top-notch nail care. Additionally, their services are reasonably priced.
Outstanding service - I will certainly return. I opted for a pedicure and gel manicure, and the results are fantastic.
