Freya and her team are incredibly hospitable. Despite booking last minute, I was accommodated promptly. I have thick hair, which can pose a challenge for some hairdressers, but Freya did a fantastic job. I am thrilled with my hair; thank you so much. I made a very late and last-minute booking for a relocation from a different tech who had essentially used superglue for my lashes...she delicately removed my lashes making sure I felt no pain while displaying genuine concern for the previous work.
she provided me with the best guidance on how to maintain my lashes and what would be most suitable for me. I inquired about a lift or a new set immediately after and she advised me to wait as she didn't want to harm my lashes further.

The pricing is very reasonable, creating a consistently pleasant atmosphere at Lush. If I could rate this salon any lower, I would. I used to frequent this establishment for many years, but ceased going due to the owner's appalling behaviour. Today, I went in for a quick nail touch-up, clearly showed the technician what I desired, only to end up with a completely different result. When I questioned the discrepancy, the technician threw a tantrum. Assuming I wouldn't pay, he rudely pushed past me, flung open the door, and repeatedly shouted for me to leave. I was left with half-done nails just three days before Christmas. The owner's lack of professionalism and disrespectful treatment of customers is abhorrent. I was utterly appalled by his behaviour towards me simply because he couldn't be bothered to correct a mistake on a French tip.
